I have first been exposed to photography as a lucky child. Although taking photographs have always been a part of my life, photography has become a more serious endeavor for me about five years ago. Now, it is on my mind even when I do not have a camera with me; which, is a rare situation. Photography, is the major channel thorough which I try to understand myself. It is a tool that helps me see beyond my routine as a pathologist and former academician. I am not a fast shooter. I think, calculate, imagine, try, fail and reconsider... I read a lot on and about photography and I like to view images by photographers whose identity is visible in their works.
Camera Bag
My former Pentax cameras were K100D and K10D. Now my DSLR is a K20D. My lens collection includes items from a fisheye to various macro and tele lenses and consists of more than ten primes & zooms from lovely Takumars to some very late designs. The lenses I like most at the moment are the DA 40mm Ltd. and the legendary FA 77mm Ltd.
Among my film cameras I have two Pentaxes: An MZ-3 (which, unfortunately sees little use) and a 645N which I adore!
