I purchased my first Pentax SLR, the ME Super, in 1981 and have been using Pentax cameras ever since. My first Digital SLR was the *ist D, which I purchased in 2004. I like the Pentax philosophy in camera and lens design by keeping the photographer in mind by providing things like excellent ergonomics, easy to use functions, prolific features and smaller size as well as fantastic quality lenses.
