Gareth Nealon

My love of wildlife, nature and photography began in Zambia, my birthplace. We had a lot of great books and spent a lot of time in game parks. Unfortunately Zambia wasn’t the safest of places to be in the late seventies so we moved to Australia - a pretty good alternative. On finishing school I still had a keen interest in photography, but also in art, and eventually became a graphic designer – itself still an image based industry. Photography has always featured fairly heavily in my work as a designer, and since becoming self employed, I’ve had the opportunity to be the photographer on many projects – something I’ve enjoyed immensely. www.garethnealon.com
