Ronald G. Johnson

I've taken photographs for over 50 years and have gone "full-circle" from 35mm to large format but now I've fully converted to digital format during the past five years, and love shooting landscape and natural-light portraits and have won a few local contests with those primary subjects. Recently had photos featured in the Portland (Oregon) State University publication "Metroscape", Winter 2007 Edition in an article titled "When Worlds Collide" featuring the Somali Bantu refugees in the United States. Additionally, one of my photos from the Hoyt Arboretum was selected for inclusion in the newly released fifth edition of the "Schmap Portland Guide." (2008)
