Michele Sauer

Photography is such an intimate teacher of life and our surroundings. I never imagined I would be a portrait photographer, but I have photographed a lot of people these past few years. I'm getting back into a deeper and more emotional art. I enjoy finding the mood and meaning in the photographs. I don't think about what the moments look like when I'm looking through a lens. The photographs appear from somewhere in the subconscious. That is truly art.
