In my photography I look for a sense of harmony, balance, and peace, values that I miss in my busy daily life. The source of my inspiration is nature, ideally affected little or none by human activities. Frequently I go to the macro scale to find the undisturbed beauty and magic of the natural world. I try not to study my subjects, but rather spontaneously respond to an impulse with a shutter click. I guess this approach is truly faithful to the principle of painting a moment with the light.
