Roger Kerff

I started photography at age 16 and learned the 'old fashioned' way: I developed and printed my own films and have used a Pentax K2, ME Super and Z1 film SLR before upgrading to a K10D and K20D. In my free work, my main interests are landscape and travel photography. Professionally I shoot weddings, portraits and documentary work in The Netherlands. I like to experiment, using different lenses and viewpoints, but always building on a personal understanding with clients. Whenever possible, I prefer to use natural light in my photography because the diversity and beauty of natural light gives each subject its own look. What I like in my Pentax DSLRs is the flexibility these cameras provide. They can handle almost any shooting situation and allow me great control over the camera and the resulting image.
