Judith Standring

The Pentax Artist Gallery is please to have Judith A Standring, as one of our photographers. She is a self-taught photographer of 30+ years. Mrs Standring is a mother of five children and grandmother of many. She owned her first Pentax at age 19, and now over 30 years later, her photos have won many exhibitions, contests, and have been selected for publications. In 2009 one of Judith's photo was chosen as one of top 100 photo of the year, and she was featured as winning artist in the Lauren Publication Her favorite things to photograph are children, wildlife and nature. She is presently working on her macro photography. Mrs Standring's passion for photography continues to grow as the years go on. She has ALWAYS used Pentax SLR cameras, and now DSLR. She is very excited to be a part of the new digital age of photography. "Computers take photography to a whole new level and I love having the control of my processing and finished image, the way I do" She claims.
