I am a scientist, dabbling in photography. With the advent of the digital age in photography, I was able to really begin to hone my skills, since I was no longer dependent on the expensive and sometimes fickle photo labs. I enjoy shooting nature, landscapes and still lifes and am trying to make the best images possible with a limited budget.
