I used SLRs a long time ago with the Minolta XG-7 and have used digital P&S cameras for years so I could share images with people. I finally got back into the more creative SLR world with the Pentax K10D because it had a great performance/price ratio and it was an amazing world of difference to get all the features I had lusted after on advanced film SLRs when I was younger. I've upgraded to the K20D and am finally a believer that the K20D's sensor gives more "film-like" images. I photograph landscapes mostly (which is why weathersealing was important to me) and am getting more into studio photography, both of which Pentax equipment excel at. During the day, I'm a software (web, Java, ASP.Net) developer/consultant.
