I started photography around 30 years ago with the old camera I got from my father as a birthday gift. This camera being a SLR taught me quite soon the basics of photography. Since then the amount of frames I would shoot each year was basically influenced by the money I could afford to spend on film and development. I've always used Pentax cameras and still have all the various bodies that I used (ME, Super Program, P50N, Z1-P). I still love to shoot the occasional roll of film with the Pentax 645n, but mainly use the current digital cameras to explore photography further. I specialize in nature macro photography but as I live in Holland, this is a seasonal subject unfortunately. Shooting while travelling is a must therefore and this fills the gap nicely! On my personal site you can find more of my photos online: http://www.culinair.com
