My first photographic experience came at the age of 6, when I was given an old 35mm kodak to fool around with. I've always been interested in the arts-- Drawing and painting, and photography was a logical extension of my artistic passion. I used various 35mm compact cameras in my childhood to refine my skills. My first experience with an SLR didn't come until high school, when I purchased a K100D. It has served me for 4 years, and still accompanies me when I set out for a shoot. I have since aquired a K20D and couldn't be happier. I have learned a lot in the few years I have seriously pursued my photography passion, but I have much to learn, and am excited about my future in the world of photography.
