Vincent Locsin

Started my journey into photography using film slr's while in college (late 70's-early 80's) and continued this passion during my early professional career. As I was studying, and later working in Europe, photography proved to be the perfect creative outlet from a career as an office-based economist/international trade consultant. Being stuck in four walls 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, only increased my passion to travel and capture the beauty of life and places thru still images. Yet, work finally got in the way of my favorite hobby, and I was forced to pack up my camera bag for several years. But old passions die hard, and with more leisure time at hand (being a freelance economic development consultant) and the advent of more accessibly priced dslr photographic systems, I have decided to dive back to what has always been one of my great loves in life, the other being to travel. Now I am trying to sharpen my skills in this art. With dslr technology, I can now combine my skills and love for photography and IT towards creative endeavors.
